Chia Sue-Ann, Child development psychologist

Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), HELP University

Sue-Ann recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from HELP University. Some of the courses that she has taken in university include Child Development, Child & Adolescent Psychopathology, and Abnormal Psychology.

With that, she is well-
equipped with the theoretical knowledge and useful concepts of pediatric psychology which
has been very helpful for her job position here in Kids Therapy. Currently, Sue-Ann is seeking
for opportunities to work with young children and develop practical skills in Psychology.

She always thinks that helping kids to lead healthy and productive childhoods is the first step to eliminating mental health issues in adulthood. Thus, Sue-Ann is inspired to help these children to get the best out of their lives regardless of their struggles. This is all because she strongly believes that every child, especially those who are differently able, deserves the joys of childhood as well as care and respect from the society.
