Charlene Fernandez (Child therapist)

Charlene finished her degree in the Bachelor of Health Sciences with majors in Disability and Health Promotion at Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia in 2012. She then started working in a Special Developmental School as a full-time Education Support Officer. Here she worked alongside class teachers, therapy groups and helping out with outreach programs for the schools. 

She then took a certificate in Advanced ABA Therapy to start doing private ABA therapy in homes. In 2014 she started her own organization called 

Early Intervention and Inclusive Learning for children with Special Needs. In this, she organized school holiday camps, social skills programs, ABA Therapy for children and support groups for parents. 

Charlene also organized workshops for parents and careers to help them support their child even more at home.
